Well, it’s been just over 20 years since I (re)started home brewing. I started gathering the necessary equipment to start brewing in the basement of our barn in Vermont’s Mad River Valley. I forgot how much fun it was. I forgot how much cleaning was involved. I forgot how fulfilling it was to taste a beer you made with your own hands. It’s nice having someone enjoy one of your beers and follow up with “this isn’t home brew is it?”
It feels like I should do this more often.
